Heidi Klum’s latest “Project Runway” moment came with a sharp pair of satin stilettos. The model and longtime host arrived at “Good Morning America” on Wednesday wearing a look by season 21 contestant Belania Daley, paired with deep navy pumps that brought sleek tension to the denim-heavy ensemble.
The heels featured a pointed toe and a high-gloss satin finish. A sharply pitched stiletto, which appears to be about four inches, added a clean line to the silhouette, while the cut itself remained minimal. The effect was deliberate: a tonal, ink-slick contrast against the denim’s matte texture and polka dot print.
Her dress — a structured midi by Daley — combined recycled dark denim with yellow accents and a bold dotted panel through the skirt. Sheer balloon sleeves floated above sharply tailored cuffs in the same yellow fabric, layered over a pointed collar and finished with stylized slits at the wrist. Klum wore her hair loose and waved, with oversized black sunglasses and cherry-red nails rounding out the statement.

Though the look leaned into whimsy, the shoe grounded it — the satin finish working in tension with the denim’s weight and the outfit’s experimental structure. It’s not the first time Klum has turned to tone-on-tone footwear to reinforce a fashion-forward ensemble. In June, she paired powder blue sandals with a matching Calzedonia swimsuit during a campaign launch in Cologne. Earlier this year, she wore rhinestone-studded silver legging boots while filming “Germany’s Next Top Model,” playing with texture and monochrome in a more maximalist key.
Wednesday’s outing was also a nod to Klum’s return to “Project Runway” season 21, which premiered July 31. Daley, the designer behind Klum’s dress, brings more than a decade of technical experience to the series and has previously designed sustainable staples through her line BCD Planet. Her “Road to Sustainability” collection focuses on natural fabrics and durable silhouettes.
While Klum’s fashion résumé is well established, her platform continues to spotlight emerging talent — especially when paired with pointed satin heels that make just as much of an impression.
