Charlize Theron accented a business look with minimalist Bottega Veneta sandals for an appearance on “Today” show in New York City on Monday.
The actress, who is currently promoting the upcoming Netflix film “The Old Guard 2,” wore Bottega Veneta‘s Blink sandal, featuring criss-crossing rounded straps with a knot in the middle that showcases a signature symbol of the luxury label. The open-toe, backless shoes were elevated by a sculpted stiletto heel.
The Blink sandal can be found in many iterations, with different heel heights and colorways available. The looping symbol is known to be found on the brand’s Knot clutch as well, serving as the closure for the item.

Theron paired the sandals with a pale, carnation pink collared button-down shirt accented by black trim. The shirt was tucked into a pair of black, straight-leg trousers, another element that contributed to her office-ready aesthetic. Her blonde hair was straight swept behind her ears, revealing multiple earrings from Jessica McCormack.
Theron has displayed different spins on business-y looks several times this year. Back in May, Theron attended the Netflix Upfront in New York City wearing a breezy white asymmetric shirtdress from Givenchy’s fall 2025 collection; she paired the garment with black square-toe calf-high boots which also hailed from the brand. Earlier in May, Theron went on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” wearing a black ensemble consisting of a long sheer skirt and cinched blazer.
“The Old Guard 2,” a sequel to the 2020 film “The Old Guard,” follows a group of immortal mercenaries and is set for release on Netflix on July 2.
