Beyoncé Knowles-Carter’s shoe game has been strong throughout the “Cowboy Carter” tour thus far, and several brands have been part of the journey, including Amina Muaddi. To accompany a Statue of Liberty-inspired custom Balmain gown which Beyoncé wore during a concert at Stade de France in Paris on Sunday (before her Louis Vuitton Paris Fashion Week appearance on Tuesday), Amina Muaddi provided the superstar with a custom pair of gold pumps.
The shoes were one of several gold accents that complemented her Lady Liberty-hued dress. The silhouette featured a pointed toe, a curved, low-cut vamp, and a heel that flared at the bottom in a pyramid-like shape, a look the brand is known for.

The gold heels aren’t the only pair of shoes Amina Muaddi has made for Knowles-Carter to wear during the tour. Fitting in with her album’s country theme, the brand crafted gold cowboy boots with a line of stars decorating the top of the shaft; she wore the boots with a gold chainmail minidress by Rabanne. A pair of red Amina Muaddi boots complemented a custom red latex outfit by Poster Girl. Shiona Turini is credited with styling.
As for the gold pumps, Knowles-Carter wore them with a Balmain dress, which was sculpted from foam and covered in green leather to mimic the look of flowing draped fabric. To give the dress a lifelike and aged finish à la the real monument gifted to the U.S. by France, the design also included hand-painted shading and patina. As for the silhouette, the garment was a fitted minidress with a cascading train to just one side.
The dress was accented by sheer green elbow-length gloves and gold bangles, in addition to a cowboy hat, an accessory that has been a fixture throughout the tour for audience members and performers alike.
Additional shoes worn by Knowles-Carter throughout the “Cowboy Carter” tour have included fringy Christian Louboutin boots (silver and red pairs), Loewe boots with a flame design and feathery Ferragamo boots, among others. Find these footwear moments and more in the gallery below.
