The debut of Larroudé’s new designer residency program is officially here, and the brand is kicking it off with Chloe Gosselin.
Gosselin, who launched her eponymous, made-in-Italy label in 2014, pressed pause on her business following the pandemic. Now, she’s using the opportunity with Larroudé to have complete creative control at a new price point and targeting a new demographic for the the first time.
According to co-founder Marina Larroudé, the residency allows each guest designer to share their singular vision, while Larroudé offers the business support and infrastructure, thanks to the company’s vertically integrated system.
“For me, it’s about reaching out to more women. How do we give an opportunity to more women to have a high-end quality shoe at the price point that we’re able to offer with a different aesthetic? That’s the goal,” Larroudé said about the initiative.

In 2023, the brand opened its own factory in Brazil, and last year, the company switched to what Larroudé calls “direct-to-demand,” a strategy where the company manages the whole supply chain and concentrates all its stock in-house.
“The main goal was always, for me, to have a beautiful product that’s high quality and aligns with [my] ethics, too,” said Gosselin. “When I reconnected with Marina and [Marina’s husband and CEO] Ricardo and learned about their family company, their factory, the way they treat their employees, the level of the quality — this made so much sense to me.”
Available for pre-order today is Chloe Gosselin by Studio Larroudé. The limited-edition capsule includes an edit of resort-inspired styles, including mules, sandals and flats in a range of colorways and materials.
Each style is named after Gosselin’s best friend’s daughters.
“We based this collaboration and collection on friendship and women,” she added. “It’s this thing of women unity, finding hope in that and how we can support each other in real ways where we all thrive.”
While Gosselin used Larroudé lasts for the capsule, she infused her own singular aesthetic including the use of neutral colors and raffia, infused with richness and texture. The shoes also include eye-catching adornments, such as metal and stone hardware and buckles.
