Birkenstock 1774 is continuing to reimagine the classics with the Arizona CosNy in Nylon, giving the iconic Arizona sandals a monochromatic makeover. The new style launches April 17, at birkenstock.com and at select global retailers.

The popular Arizona style, one of the brand’s most recognizable designs, was only the third model to be introduced, with Karl Birkenstock debuting the silhouette in 1973. Making use of Italian nylon, this new version of the shoe showcases enduring craftsmanship as well as avant-garde technology. The material is meant to guarantee durability — the Nylon straps are wadded in addition to being lined with microfiber, making for a particularly soft feeling for the wearer. Also in 2024, Birkenstock teamed up again with Lingua Franca to revive the Arizona “Give a Damn” sandal, with 10% of proceeds going to Surfrider Foundation.
