New Yorkers woke to a winter wonderland Friday morning, but trudging out in the near-zero temps was far from a dreamy experience. Trusty boots (namely Sorel and Hunter), along with layers of wool and fur, helped the intrepid downtown lot get to their destinations as warmly — and chicly — as possible.
