Nike’s Future Sport Forum at New York Fashion Week Wednesday night included a number of memorable moments — a tribute to the late Kobe Bryant and a star-studded front row consisting of Drake, Rosalía and Travis Scott, among others — but the athletic giant’s new sneaker innovations are already stirring up buzz.
The brand debuted over 140 looks during the event, including new sneakers like the Nike Air Vapormax 2020 — which is an updated version of the existing style made with more sustainable materials; the Nike Air Zoom Mercurial football cleat; the Nike Air Zoom Victory and Viperfly, and the brand’s Space Hippie sneaker, which is constructed out of scrap material from Nike’s factories.
Read on to see photos of Nike’s latest sneaker innovations.
