U.S. President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump attended the opening night of “Les Misérables” at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday. Melania wore a black sleeveless Bottega Veneta gown paired with silver stilettos for the occasion, while second lady Usha Vance was seen wearing a Shoshanna dress among other notable attendees.
The event marked President Trump’s first visit to the venue since appointing himself chairman earlier this year and initiating efforts to restore the Kennedy Center. The evening was charged with mixed reactions, with some cast members boycotting the performance.
