Vlge, a Web 3.0 technology company that specializes in virtual world-building, is harnessing the power of AI to help users create customized — and empowering — content in real time.
The new patent-pending system, now in development and slated for rollout in the first quarter to selected beta testers, assigns Vlge users a personal and unique AI data agent that helps bridge his or her real world and the metaverse — making the latter a friendlier, more intuitive and more personalized virtual space.
“It’s almost like having a little tiny robot, a little you…that will grow and get smarter based on what data and activities you do in the physical world, and in the digital space,” said Evelyn Mora, chief executive officer and founder of Vlge, disclosing the launch of Vlge AI exclusively to WWD. “We can essentially match your mood…giving you content that resonates with what you need.”

For example, if the user is a pregnant woman and logs onto Vlge, “all the games, the user interface and the content is curated based on that in real time.”
“Your virtual space is ever-evolving and changing like you are as a person,” she continued. “So this becomes really relevant when you think about mixed reality where your virtual and physical lives merge.”
In an interview, Mora characterized the opt-in feature as a key to building a richer, constantly evolving virtual world in line with the user’s experiences — and values.
Indeed, she described Vlge AI as a platform that addresses both mental-health concerns and sustainability ambitions.
“It’s really about connecting what I call your digital footprints and physical footprints,” Mora said, explaining that the “gamified AI” heightens awareness of actions and purchasing decisions made IRL and in virtual spaces.
Mora explained that users have control over the data inputs for their personalized AI agent. These inputs may encompass social media feeds, documenting travels, new pets, or other lifestyle cues. She added, “Assets are generated in real time based on your experiences, creating fresh content in real time to enhance your virtual spaces. Additionally, if desired, users can explore monetization opportunities.”
She described AI as a “glue” that connects disparate elements around avatars and also assigns more agency to individual users over their own data and the virtual spaces they frequent.
“I believe that Gen Z and Millennials are looking for a platform that will give them the agency and empower them to use these tools for their own benefit,” she said.
A Finnish-born, Marseille-based tech entrepreneur and sustainability consultant, Mora has proven to be a serial pioneer, mounting the first sustainable fashion week and the first 3D fashion week.
Vlge, previously known as Digital Village, allows individuals, brands and partners to use no-code, drag-and-drop tools to create virtual spaces or host activities.
