NEW YORK — This holiday season is all about glamour. So when it comes to accessories, whether she’s driving Mom and Dad’s old lemon of a station wagon or a brand new SUV, every teenage girl will be asking for feminine fur looks and bejeweled brooches. “It’s about ladylike luxe but in a cool way,” said Ed Bucciarelli, group president of accessories for Liz Claiborne Inc., which owns Juicy Couture and licenses Kenneth Cole jewelry. “There has to be a hip quotient.” As such, metallic and pop colors take the lead on traditional items like belts and socks. But these aren’t one-season wonders. That fur capelet will liven up New Year’s Eve outfits, yes, but it’ll also be handy come prom season next spring.
