William Rast has licensed Cobblers Kitchen to be its men’s athletic footwear manufacturer for the U.S., Canada and Europe.
The New York City-based Cobblers inked the deal with Sequential Brands Group, Inc., which owns the Rast label. The product will be introduced for fall at specialty retailers and will mark Cobblers’ entry into the athletic arena. The line will consist of sneakers and boots that will retail for $90 to $200.
Cobblers Kitchen was founded by Udi Avshalomov, who has experience as a footwear licensee for Sean John, Gorilla USA and Rocawear/Jay-Z.
“We are excited to collaborate with William Rast’s co-founders Justin Timberlake and Trace Ayala to design and manufacture amazing cutting-edge, contemporary men’s sneakers,” he said.
