Skin-care brands are vying for Dopp kit space and introducing high-powered sonic facial brushes made for men and their tougher skin.
Clarisonic will release Alpha Fit this month. The waterproof brush, which will retail for $189, is meant to swipe away dirt, oil, sweat and pollution — all the stuff men get into — and works on shaven or bearded skin.
Clinique launched a male-friendly facial brush — the Sonic System Deep Cleansing Brush — this month. The $89 brush features charcoal-infused bristles that extract debris and antimicrobial technology that keeps the bristles clean. The skin-care brand has also created a charcoal face wash for men, which is priced at $20, to use with the brush.
