Bright and bold is an understatement. The Makeup Show, held in New York on May 4 and May 5, is dedicated to artistry, networking, inspiration and education. This year more than 60 brands exhibited their wares. Attendees, who ranged from up-and-coming makeup artists to well-established ones, were equally colorful, with looks ranging from blue eyeliner and ombré lips to colorful pixie cuts.
