Lauder Names Marie Han Silloway, Matthew Parr

The two executives have joined the Estée Lauder brand.

The Estée Lauder brand has new marketing and creative leads.

Stephane de La Faverie, global brand president, Estée Lauder, has named Marie Han Silloway and Matthew Parr as senior vice president, global consumer marketing and senior vice president, global creative director, respectively. The appointments are effective immediately.

Silloway, who reports to de La Faverie in her newly created position, will oversee social and digital media, as well as all omnichannel, promotional and in-store programs. She has held senior roles at Godiva, most recently, as well as Coca-Cola and Starbucks.

Parr succeeds Richard Ferretti, who after six years left the Lauder brand to join Bobbi Brown Cosmetics as global creative director. In his role, Parr will spearhead all creative initiatives and visual communication spanning digital to visual merchandising and store design. Parr spent the past four years as vice president, global creative at MAC Cosmetics.

“Both Marie and Matthew are visionaries who will bring new perspectives to communicating and connecting with our consumers around the world, including unique, dynamic and disruptive experiences,” de La Faverie said.
