Anna Vorrias, most recently global general manager at Aerin Beauty, has joined Glow Recipe as senior vice president of brand. The 11-year-old skin care brand is best known for its Watermelon Glow franchise of products, which recently added a serum-blush hybrid.
L’Oréal alum Edward Fox has joined Shiseido as chief commercial officer of its U.S. business. Previously, Fox founded an advisory group called The Tap Project, which helps brands scale, and before that had a 25-year tenure at L’Oréal, which culminated in his role as general manager of the designer fragrance division.

Hair color and formula development company, Developus, has announced Mia Jenner as its vice president of marketing. Previously, Jenner was chief marketing officer of VI Peel, which specializes in chemical peels.
Christopher Skinner has been promoted to chief revenue officer of e-commerce accelerator Front Row Group, which works with Ouai, Summer Fridays and other beauty brands. Prior to joining the company in 2023 as chief brand officer and head of marketing and creative, Skinner founded and was chief executive officer of creative agency, Schoolhouse NYC.
Kiko Milano has named Arnaud Goullin its chief commercial officer. Most recently, Goullin was global general manager of Davines Group’s skin care devision and before that, was at The Estée Lauder Cos. for more than 14 years at brands including Glamglow, Clinique and MAC.
Also at Kiko Milano, Cristina Casa is now managing director for Italy. Casa has been with the Italian beauty brand for more than six years, most recently as chief retail officer.
Luca Bozzo, most recently Gucci’s chief people officer of nearly seven years, has joined Kiko Milano as chief corporate officer. Before his time at Gucci, Bozzo served as executive vice president of human resources at Bottega Veneta.
Thys Niermeyer, previously Ghd’s managing director for Spain and Portrugal, is now managing director for the hair tool and styling brand’s North American business.
Also at Ghd, Olivia Manjón has been appointed general manager of Spain and Portugal. Manjón joins the company from L’Oréal, where she served as Lancôme’s general director for Spain.
Stephanie Leathers has been named managing director of Ghd’s Australia and New Zealand businesses. She joined the company from Australian, Apothecary-inspired skin care brand, Ikkari, where she served as chief executive officer.
Elena Zuykova has also joined Ghd, as managing director for France and the Benelux region. Before joining the company, she was Elemis’ general manager for Europe and the Middle East.
