Grande Cosmetics founder Alicia Grande has stepped down as chief executive officer of the brand, transitioning to a chief vision officer role. Sabeen Mian, president of Grande Cosmetics parent company, Performance Beauty Group, will now also serve as president of the brand.
Aparna Aiyar has joined The Body Shop parent company, Auréa Group, as partner. Previously, Aiyar was managing director at Goldman Sachs’ Growth Equity platform.
