Van Cleef & Arpels has introduced a limited edition Magic Alhambra collection in honor of Princess Charlene of Monaco, who most recently donned the Océan diamond necklace from the brand last week for her first official appearance since her nuptials to Prince Albert in July.
The newly renovated Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in Monte Carlo unveiled an exclusive space within the store Aug. 5, housing the 15 sets that comprise the Princess Charlene Magic Alhambra collection. The reinterpretation of the fine jewelry brand’s motif features a long necklace and pair of earrings with an alternate clover motif of turquoise and pavé diamonds, priced at about $146,000 for the set. Each piece can be purchased separately as well.
A percentage of sales from the pieces will be given to the foundations endorsed by Princess Charlene, and a set was already donated by Van Cleef & Arpels at a Red Cross Ball dinner last week where the brand introduced the pieces.
