Jeans have proven to be timeless, but can they last a lifetime?
Los Angeles-based brand Oliver Logan thinks so. The women’s denim brand is offering a lifetime guarantee on its jeans to challenge the fast-fashion mentality of disposable clothing.
The brand describes the offer as a new standard for denim. The lifetime guarantee covers items that fail due to a manufacturing defect. The brand will repair it free of charge or replace it. If that exact style isn’t available, the customer will receive a pair that is of equal value and similar style.

If the damage is due to usual wear and tear, then Oliver Logan can repair the garment for “a reasonable charge.” The brand notes that denim products will naturally fade over time and develop blemishes from wearing. Faded color and blemishes are not covered by the lifetime warranty.

Oliver Logan’s commitment to sustainable fashion includes building a fully traceable supply chain powered by recycled or low-impact ingredients such as BCI cotton and recycled cotton. The brand discloses the factories it uses in China and Pakistan.
Additionally, it reports that its denim uses 50 percent fewer chemicals than industry standard and garments are produced using recycled water to minimize environmental harm.
The primarily direct-to-consumer brand is also expanding into responsibly made essentials like T-shirts while maintaining the same ethical standards.
Oliver Logan’s denim collection features a wide range of silhouettes, including high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise fits. Styles span straight, relaxed taper, flare, barrel, bootcuts and wide leg. The brand offers sizes 23-35 across standard and petite.
