The “Lenzing Talks Series,” held since 2023 to raise environmental awareness in the textile sector, will continue to shape the future of the sector with diverse cities and topics. The series recently continued for the seventh time in Istanbul, Türkiye after editions in Brazil, Mexico and Egypt.
Lenzing Talks series brings together all members and stakeholders of the textile value chain under one roof. This edition took place on Thursday, Dec. 4 at the Renaissance Istanbul Polat Bosphorus Hotel with 160 people from the textile value chain. Among the topics discussed were Lenzing’s sustainable production, traceability, certification processes, the use of cellulosic fiber in its new season collections and the technologies that will propel the industry into the future. Throughout the event, attendees—ranging from brands and manufacturers to designers and industry professionals, including the local denim community—had the opportunity to explore Lenzing’s advanced, environmentally friendly fiber solutions.
