Closed and Love Stories Apply Lingerie Details to Denim

An upcoming collaboration explores the sensual side of denim.

European premium denim brand Closed and Dutch lingerie label Love Stories have teamed up for a capsule collection that blends feminine and masculine elements.

The collection will be available from beginning of September in the U.S. via Closed’s online store. It will retail for $25-$415.

The nine-piece capsule collection blends the core product categories of both brands in a creative way. It includes a denim button-down shirt and wide-leg jeans, both made with 100 percent regenerative cotton. The pieces feature lingerie hooks that not only decorative but also functional, allowing wearers to customize the fit and style of the jeans and denim shirt in multiple ways.

Black lace and soft jersey lingerie sets, boxer shorts with Closed’s signature X pockets, a soft ecru T-shirt and denim-inspired nipple patches round out the collaboration.

Closed introduced regenerative cotton in its Fall/Winter 2023 collection. The fiber is part of the brand’s eco-denim line, A Better Blue.

Love Stories was founded in Amsterdam in 2013 by Dutch interior stylist Marloes Hoedeman. Since then, the lingerie brand has become known for its effortlessly cool use of materials, color pops, silhouettes and textures. The brand also offers swimwear and ready-to-wear like leggings, joggers and tees.

Love Stories recently partnered with German apparel brand Oh April on a line of bralettes, boxer shorts, button-down shirts and more.
