Los Angeles-based AG returned to the Big Apple to present its Fall 2025 collection during New York Fashion Week.
“Fall 2025 draws inspiration from artists and their creative studios—intimate spaces where imagination and self-expression come to life,” AG said. “These havens, often filled with sentimental and meaningful objects, reflects a sense of personal history and inspiration.”
Divided into three deliveries, AG debuted “From Canvas to Cloth” at the High Line Nine in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood earlier this week.
The first delivery—the Artist—begins with the artist’s process and “impact on the natural world.” It features workwear pieces like utility jumpsuits and Western denim shirts as well as boyfriend jeans and the shade blush canvas.
Up next was the Studio delivery, which explored the energy of the artists’ creative spaces. Blending sophistication and functionality, these “thoughtfully crafted designs” utilize autumnal tones in pieces made with suede and corduroy.
The third delivery, the Opening, offered nightlife-ready, sophisticated styles. With tailored outerwear garments and jewel-toned velvet statement pieces, the denim is “effortless,” the vertically operated denim manufacturer said, blending versatility with elegance.
“The collection captures the spirit of the artist at work, with pieces that blend utility and creativity, offering effortless layers and thoughtfully crafted silhouettes,” the brand said. “A palette of rich, earthy tones and tactile fabrics mirrors the textures and colors found in these cherished spaces, evoking a sense of individuality and the freedom to create.”
AG’s NYFW presentation featured some artists as well.
Polish American painter and curator Maja Dlugolecki’s work is shaped by personal experiences and impressions, viewed through an “abstract lens,” the Angelo artist said. She also founded a gallery and residency program for emerging artists dubbed Lobster Club. Maegan Neubeck is a textile artist based in the Catskills, where she focuses on the art of natural dyes. Neubeck exclusively uses botanical dyes and responsibly sourced raw materials to create more thoughtfully curated collections.
