Portfolio of luxury retailers Marquee Brands has hired Natasha Fishman as chief marketing officer, Fishman shared on LinkedIn. She joins from Authentic Brands Group, where she spent 10 years in various positions before becoming chief communications officer in 2020. In this new role, Fishman will lead marketing, creative and corporate communications.

Shoes for Crews
Slip-resistant safety footwear solutions provider Shoes for Crews announced that Chriss Quinn will assume the role of chief executive officer, effective next year. As part of the leadership transition, Donald Watros will be retiring from the CEO role effective Dec. 31 but will remain as a senior advisor to the company. Quinn is an executive experienced in the retail, e-commerce, footwear and apparel industries who has been a director of Shoes for Crews since August.
Bata
Footwear label Bata announced the appointment of Miguel Esquide as chief design officer. In this role, Esquide will oversee the brand and its extensions, Bata RedLabel and Bata Comfit. Miguel’s experience, spanning two decades with brands like Zara and Pull&Bear, will be “central” to shaping Bata’s direction and strengthening its brand identity. Based in Padova, Italy, he will lead a team of designers “blending Bata’s heritage with contemporary design elements” to keep the brand relevant to today’s buyers.

Casual lifestyle footwear brand Joybees announced that its board of directors has named Ken Dayley as chief executive officer. Dayley has over 15 years of experience marketing and growing direct-to-consumer brands through strategic digital transformations. He most recently served as the chief digital officer at Body Art Alliance and previously spent several years at New Balance.

Oritain
Forensic and data science company Oritain announced the appointment of Alyn Franklin as chief executive officer, taking over from Grant Cochrane, who will now serve as a founding chair and board member. In this new role, Franklin will lead Oritain’s global operations, further strengthen its market position and deepen its partnerships across key industries such as fashion, textiles, food, and other materials. He joins from Alcumus, a provider of compliance and risk management solutions.
Rudolf Group
German specialty chemicals manufacturer Rudolf announced a series of leadership changes, effective early next year.
Wolfgang Schumann and Dr. Wolfgang A. Schumann will take over the chairmanship of the newly established board of directors as its co-chairs. In his new role, Dr. Schumann will focus on developing
“strategically important businesses” in Asia to further expand the company’s market position.
Marcos Furrer was appointed as chief executive officer and chief marketing officer. Dr. Gunther Duschek was named “CTOO” and Dr. Oliver Kusterle was named “CSO” as well.

Rokt
E-commerce technology company Rokt announced the appointment of two new leaders to its C suite. The company has named Jacqueline Purcell as chief financial officer and Claire Southey as chief product development officer. Purcell is a senior executive with extensive corporate finance, operational and legal experience who has worked with Rokt in a consultant capacity as interim COO since 2022. Southey is a technology leader and Google and Amazon veteran who has served as SVP of engineering in Rokt’s Sydney office since May.

Mmgnet Group
Mmgnet Group, the tradeshow owner formerly known as Informa Markets Fashion, announced president Kelly Helfman is leaving the group, Sourcing Journal’s sister publication, WWD, reported. Nancy Walsh, president of Informa Markets North American, will succeed Helfman—who was with the company for nearly two decades—on an interim basis.
