British multinational retailer Marks & Spencer has appointed former Asos executive Jag Weatherley as transformation director for fashion, home and beauty. Weatherley will join the business in January, bringing experience in retail transformation, having held senior leadership roles at Asos, where she was most recently managing director for Europe and the rest of the world. The news follows last week’s announcement that Jon Rolls will be joining the business in the fiscal fourth quarter as commercial and operations director.

Belgium-based postal and e-commerce logistics provider Bpostgroup has named Dieter Van Putte as chief technology officer for its cross-border division, which is focused on international solutions and oversees the group’s international logistics subsidiary, as well as its specialized provider of last-mile delivery in North America. In this newly created role, Van Putte will lead the division’s technology strategy and execution, reporting to chief digital officer Frank Croket, working closely with the cross-border division chief executive officer, James Edge.
