New York City-based designer Gabriela Hearst has named Michele Cohen as president—a role “newly defined to reflect the brand’s continued commercial momentum and global growth,” per the label. Cohen joined Gabriela Hearst in 2015 as global head of sales. In this role, Cohen will lead global commercial strategy, overseeing wholesale, retail and e-commerce, with a focus on expanding the business across markets, channels and categories.

Heritage-brand house Gap Inc. announced the appointment of Pam Kaufman to the newly-created role of executive vice president, chief entertainment officer, effective Feb. 2. In this role, Kaufman will further develop the group’s strategy for its “fashiontainment” creator affiliate and advocacy platform. She will focus on leveraging relationships within entertainment and licensing to help scale brand partnerships by connecting them with the right people and platforms.

Most recently, Kaufman served as Paramount’s president and CEO of international markets, global consumer products and experiences—overseeing a multi-billion-dollar organization spanning some 170-plus markets. She also sits on the boards of Stella McCartney, Lindblad Expeditions and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

German sports giant Puma has named Nadia Kokni as vice president, global brand marketing. She joins Puma’s global leadership team and reports directly to chief brand officer Maria Valdes. Anne Putz also joins Puma as senior director of corporate communications. In this role, she will lead the brand’s external and internal corporate communications and act as the company’s spokesperson, reporting directly to CEO Arthur Hoeld.

Under Armour

Baltimore-based athletic brand Under Armour has announced a series of senior leadership changes, effective Feb. 2.

Kara Trent has been named chief merchandising officer. In this role, she will lead category management and go-to-market initiatives, overseeing product line architecture, assortment planning and channel segmentation.

Adam Peake has been named president of the Americas. In this role, he will lead Under Armour’s business across North and South America, overseeing marketplace strategy, distribution and omni-channel growth. Chief product officer Yassine Saidi will transition to a senior advisor role, focused on design expression and creative continuity.

Bolt

Olta Andoni

Checkout technology company Bolt has named Olta Andoni as senior vice president of legal and people as it expands across checkout, identity and payments—including crypto-enabled commerce. In this role, Andoni will also oversee Bolt’s people operations, aligning hiring, policy and internal processes with the company’s product roadmap and operating goals.

Nift

Afterpay and Klarna partner Nift has named Yahoo veteran John McNerney to the role of general manager, APAC, as the commerce media company expands into Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region. McNerney most recently served as Yahoo’s managing director of AUSEA, where he led business and technology strategy across Australia and Southeast Asia. Based in Sydney, he will be responsible for launching and scaling Nift’s platform across the region and report to Nift’s chief revenue officer, Saket Mehta.

Tech firm using RFID and AI to track and locate store inventory. Radar has announced several leadership changes in support of the platform’s global growth.

Jonathan Aitken joins Radar as senior vice president of the RFID Center of Excellence, reporting to the chief growth officer, Eric Mogil. Aitken brings more than 20 years of experience leading RFID, supply chain and retail technology programs—most recently serving as PVH Corp’s vice president of global on-product technology.

Morgan Levine has been promoted from general counsel to senior vice president of corporate operations, taking on an expanded role to oversee the legal, people, and strategic and business operations departments, as well as serving as Radar’s board secretary. Levine most recently served as Farfetch’s vice president of legal and compliance.

Eugene Sy joins as chief technology officer, reporting directly to CEO Spencer Hewett.

Global risk management partner LRQA has named Didier Michaud-Daniel as its new chair of the board of directors. As board chair, Didier will provide guidance on the business’s strategic direction and oversee its corporate governance. He brings extensive experience across the risk management and compliance sector, having formerly served as CEO of Bureau Veritas for 11 years.

Didier also sits on several international boards as executive chair of Pluxee, a leading provider of employee benefits; non-executive director of Tarkett, a leader in flooring solutions; and chairman of the supervisory board of Saur Group, a global water services provider.
