Shuffle Board: Ganni Grows Exec Committee, Freightos Founder Exits

Copenhagen contemporary label Ganni has announced three executive appointments as the Danish B Corp continues its global expansion drive. Marcelo Noschese joins as president, Americas; Marie Valot joins as communication and PR executive director; and Guillaume Dacquet joins as marketing and image executive Director. All three will report directly to CEO Laura du Rusquec, supporting Ganni’s executive committee and long-term global vision.

Noschese will oversee retail, wholesale and e-commerce across the region, bringing extensive experience from leading roles at Prada, Louis Vuitton and Ferragamo, most recently serving as CEO of Prada Americas. Valot, recently associated with Balmain, will expand the house’s “visibility and cultural reach, fostering meaningful relationships across media, talent and creative communities.” Dacquet is tasked with overseeing its global marketing strategy, image direction and content. He previously served as global marketing and consumer engagement director for Estée Lauder Cos.

as its first chief revenue officer. Von der Goltz will join in January, overseeing all commercial and marketing functions—including merchandising and sourcing, partnerships, customer acquisition and growth, brand and creative, as well as communications and social media. She brings more than two decades of global experience in fashion, luxury, and e-commerce, having previously held senior leadership roles at Bergdorf Goodman, Net-a-Porter, Matches Fashion, Browns, and Farfetch.

Maersk

Ocean freight company Maersk has named Robert Erni as chief financial officer and executive board member. Current CFO Patrick Jany will step down during the first fiscal quarter of 2026. He has held the position since May 2020. Erni brings significant experience from the logistics industry, having previously served as CFO at Dachser and, before that, spent many years with Panalpina and Kuehne+Nagel. Jany will oversee the year-end closing and the annual report, to be announced on Feb. 5, after which the transition takes effect.

Freightos

Digital freight booking platform Freightos announced founder and chief executive Zvi Schreiber will step down, effective Jan. 31, 2026, to pursue other  entrepreneurial interests. After 14 years at the helm, Schreiber will continue serving as a non-executive board member and will provide ongoing guidance to the company as it pursues its vision for digital freight pricing, procurement, and booking. To support a smooth transition, CFO Pablo Pinillos will serve as interim CEO while the board continues its comprehensive executive search.
