Online luxury retailer Revolve announced that Divya Mathur has been appointed as chief marketing officer. Mathur, who joined the company in 2023 as fashion director, will continue to serve in this capacity alongside her new role as CMO. She succeeds Lauren Yerkes, who has left the company. In this expanded role, Mathur will oversee the buying and merchandising organization, focusing on onboarding and growing key brands, expanding the assortment into business zones and creating customer shopping experiences across all channels.

Global luxury fashion house Lanvin Group announced that Regis Rimbert has been appointed as chief executive officer of Wolford by the brand’s supervisory board. He succeeds Silvia Azzali, who left the company for personal reasons. In this new role, Rimbert will drive the company’s strategic transformation, focusing on international development, elevating product lines and innovating technology. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the fashion and luxury sectors.
Momentec Brands
Designer, manufacturer and marketer of uniforms and fanwear, Momentec Brands, announced the appointment of three industry veterans to its leadership team. David Baxter has been named chairman of the board of directors. Baxter previously served as the president of Under Armour for the Americas region, where he was responsible for the largest revenue region. Mike Moore joins the company as chief financial officer, previously serving as CFO of Fanatics Brands. Joel Bennick joins as senior vice president of product development. He also comes from Under Armour, where he was responsible for leading the growth and development across team, golf and Curry branded apparel.

Quizrr
Quizrr, a tech provider of human and labor rights training, has welcomed Helena Helmersson, former CEO of H&M Group, to its board. Helmersson brings a wealth of knowledge and a track record of leadership in the fashion and retail industry. During her tenure at H&M Group, she drove the company’s sustainability agenda and served as CEO for four years. Her experience will be instrumental for Quizrr as it works to become the platform of choice for social risk mitigation in global supply chains.

Worldwide Business Research, the company that produces eTail events worldwide, has expanded its U.S. production team to support the next growth phase for eTail Palm Strings and eTail Boston. Kristen Schoenstein has been promoted to eTail chief of staff, a new role within the company responsible for overseeing the strategy and direction of eTail Boston and Palm Springs production. Elizabeth Robillard has been promoted to eTail Boston and Palm Springs portfolio director, stepping into Schoenstein’s previous role. Leo Martinez, senior program director of eTail Toronto and London, will join the Palm Springs production team as well.
