Masood Textile Mills’ (MTM) corporate human resources (HR) and communications department is elevating its learning and development landscape with the help of French global assessment’s publisher Central Test.
To gain deeper insights into the vertically integrated textile manufacturing company’s competencies, the corporate HR and communications team conducted a comprehensive analysis of average scores across 10 distinct competencies. This included decision-making, innovations, interpersonal skills, knowledge management, learning agility, perspective taking, quality orientation, responsiveness, team cohesion and more. The comparative analysis is derived from the data of the previous year, encompassing both global and Asian datasets, with a cumulative sample size of 6,977 respondents.
The results revealed the following as the top three competencies having the highest median scores:
Learning agility
This competency had the highest median score at 75.3, making it the most highly rated among all evaluated competencies. The rating underscores the Masood workforce‘s adaptability, ability to assimilate new information, and aptitude for “thriving in dynamic business settings.”
