Just weeks after announcing that it was filing for bankruptcy, Saks Fifth Avenue has begun launching a round of new sales online, with closeout deals on top designer names and fashions.
Saks Global announced that it was filing for bankruptcy in January, revealing that at least eight physical locations would be shuttered, leaving 25 standing stores in the U.S. The company also announced that Saks Off 5th, the off-price arm of the department store chain will be almost completely shut down.
Despite the company’s economic downturn, Saks says its main Saks Fifth Avenue website will continue to operate as normal, though shoppers are no doubt rushing to take advantage of clearance sales online in case stock and selection begin to dwindle in the coming months.
Saks Fifth Avenue is currently offering up to 70% top designer brands online, with pieces on sale from the likes of Alaia, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Cartier, Comme des Garcons, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, Loewe, Margiela and Marni, among hundreds of top brand names. The closeout sale includes deals on ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags and accessories.
A bonus offer for President’s Day weekend: use the promo code GCFEBSF at checkout to get a $50 gift card back with purchases of $250+ and up to a $500 gift card back on purchases over $2000. You’ll also get free shipping on purchases over $300 with the code FREESHIP.
Here’s a look at some of the best pieces on sale at Saks Fifth Avenue online. You’ll want to hurry though: sizes and styles are selling quickly so add to cart before it’s too late.

Jacquemus La Robe Maille Castagna Merino Wool-Blend Minidress
Made in Portugal and inspired by seaside escapes and summer vacation, this Jacquemus minidress is one of the most popular items on sale right now at Saks. The one-piece design features dropped shoulders, a mock turtleneck and a just-right hemline.
Giorgio Armani Virgin Wool-Wool Single-Breasted Tuxedo
Just in time for awards season, Saks has this Armani tuxedo on sale for more than 60% off. Italian tailoring is on full display, with a luxe virgin wool and silk blend, notch label and classic single-button silhouette. A subtle sheen makes this red carpet ready.
Polo Ralph Lauren Flag Cotton Crewneck Sweater
Ralph Lauren is the official clothing provider of the U.S. Olympic team for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and you can show your patriotism with this flag sweater — one of the more popular items from Ralph Lauren’s core collection. It’s on sale for almost 30% off.
