Rebecca Taylor was feeling “very feminine” for spring — no surprises there. She used florals and textiles inspired by the turn-of-the-century Bloomsbury Group, modernizing lace with a geographic ply and giving a clean, graphic quality to floaty tops and dresses that would otherwise have been very sweet. Her florals, shown on ankle-length dresses and high-waisted cropped flared pants, stood out for their saturated wallpaper colors — pink against deep blue and green — that gave depth and whimsy to the contemporary looks.
