Inspired by Catherine Teatum and Rob Jones’ mothers, and what Teatum called, “real, strong and pragmatic women,” the Teatum Jones collection took a tea towel as its central motif.
Bold checks in orange, blue and lime green, often mixed with a trippy floral print, were worked in sophisticated shapes. One scene-stealing maxi shirtdress combined the check and floral prints with a bold red panel.
This duo seemed emboldened having won the Center for Fashion Enterprise’s Venture Program award this year.
