Greg Myler drew from North Africa in his latest collection for St. John, interpreting the region’s cultures and landscapes via color and texture. Geometric and Arabian tile motifs delivered graphic impact on knit jacquard fit-and-flare dresses, some styled with fringe and leather tassel belts. In terms of daywear, Myler’s blazers were playfully sophisticated and tactile. One style featured shredded, red-and-white polka-dot chifffon, while those done in fringed tweed recalled traditional woven rugs and cushions from Marrakech.
