Andrea Lieberman never relies too heavily on a single inspiration, preferring to evolve the brand’s easy, elevated wardrobe essentials in more subtle ways each season. Still, pre-fall had noticeable punk and military undertones, seen in pleats, belts and buckle detailing on a series of midiskirts. Paired with buttoned-up collared shirts, they gave the lineup a chic prep-school-gone-punk vibe.
On the softer side, Lieberman offered a few silk-printed dresses and skirts, one covered in falling leaves, that channeled a slight Sixties feel. “There’s always a sense of ease,” Lieberman said. “We try to create new classics that are elevated and utilitarian — that’s always our m.o.”
