Relaxed dandy was the mood at Stella Jean. The designer paired slim, cuffed pants worked in wool with a rustic feel with knits in graphic patterns and printed shirts. There was an outdoor sensibility running through the collection, which also included a parka worked in a loden wool, as well as striped and checked coats. Sometimes the combination of different patterns in the same look felt a bit too heavy. Better results came when the designer matched clean, classic suits with bold, colorful shirts, a good way to give a twist to classic men’s outfits.
