Kiton’s fall collection focused on coats — “must-haves that respond to the market requests,” explained Maria Giovanna Paone, vice president and creative director of women’s wear. The lineup paid tribute to the brand’s bespoke tailoring for men, adapted to enhance a woman’s figure and done up in luxurious cashmeres, vicuna and silk, with sable and mink details. Presented amid springlike weather at Palazzo Kiton in Milan, these coats made you wish for winter all over again.
The Naples-based brand is also known for its jackets, which came in silk cady or grisaille with a pinstripe pattern. The color palette ranged from basic black and white to shades of cornflower blue, burgundy, gray and camel.
A selection of soft silk blouses added a romantic touch to the collection, worn with high-waisted skirts or casual pants.
