Angela Missoni channeled a British spirit for M Missoni fall, most obviously with ladylike, Mod-ish silhouettes. A-line skirts, cape jackets and swingy minidresses with ruffled bibs, tie necks, collars and yokes came in the house’s signature jacquard knits. A pale pink turtleneck dress done in a Lurex bouclé knit seemed fit for an English rose. On the more playful side, a few looks featured colorful tartan plaids and trippy, graphic patterns. Tailored outerwear in tweed, houndstooth and faux patent leather topped off the looks with a boyish attitude.
