Molly Goddard’s presentation put a smile on everyone’s lips — not least because there was a naked man on set. The young designer staged her presentation as a life drawing class, with models wearing her bohemian party dresses studiously sketching his rather rotund proportions.
“Scruffy yet glamorous,” was how Goddard described the girls, cast from among her friends. They wore ethereal shivers of tulle in dove gray and dusky pink layered over sparking knitwear made from vintage Lurex ribbons, oversize baby-doll smocks in black and rose, and a delightful mustard corduroy concoction with a dropped paperbag waist.
