Tate McRae continues channeling pop divas from the ’90s with her wardrobe choices. Starring in Adidas’ Lightblaze sportswear campaign, the singer embraced Y2K style, wearing a belly chain with her sporty outfit.
Belly chains became particularly popular in the late 1990s and early 2000s, embraced by Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé on red carpets and in music videos.
In the Adidas campaign, McRae paired the accessory with baggy cargo pants, another trendy Y2K style, and a cropped white tank top.
Paris Saint-Germain forward Bradley Barcola also joined the campaign, showcasing the brand’s signature aesthetics. See photos of the campaign below.
