While out in Paris on Monday, Beckham was seen wearing a look evocative of winter with a color palette that beckoned for springtime. The designer wore camel-tone high-waist trousers with a red knit sweater, accessorized by the rare Hermès Kelly bag crafted with suede and shearling.
This particular Hermès Kelly bag featured a brown suede material with shearling fabric lining the piece. Palladium hardware detailing added to the refined quality of the rare accessory, with a long leather strap Beckham tossed over her shoulder.

The Hermès Kelly bag with suede and shearling material was introduced to the French luxury label by designer Jean Paul Gaultier in 2005, per Christie’s. The fabric, which complemented the warm color palette of Beckham’s daytime attire, also served as a wintertime accessory, featuring cozy fabrics with a luxury bent.
Gaultier served as Hermès’ creative director from 2003 until his departure in 2010, following the debut of the spring 2011 collection. The design of the classic Kelly silhouetted bag, named for actress Grace Kelly, merged Y2K trends with high fashion sensibility.
Gaultier marked his first collection with Hermès with his fall 2004 curation, toying with an equestrian theme and modernizing the classic design codes of the fashion label, which set the tone for his tenure.
Given the continued fascination with 2000s style, Beckham’s Hermès bag gives the ongoing nostalgia trend a revamp. The designer, though, has a collection of Hermès bags, including Birkins and other variations on the classic Kelly style.
