Timothée Chalamet appeared at the Rome photo call for his latest film, “A Complete Unknown,” where he stars as Bob Dylan. For the event on Friday, the actor’s Prada look paid homage to the iconic American singer-songwriter’s early 1960s style.
Styled by Taylor McNeil, Chalamet wore a tailored brown corduroy suit, embracing retro menswear. Underneath the blazer, he styled a crisp, untucked white button-up shirt. He also wrapped a printed neck scarf loosely around his collar, a nod to Dylan’s signature accessory during his formative years in the Greenwich Village folk scene. The look was completed with tinted oval sunglasses and sleek black leather Chelsea boots.
“A Complete Unknown” explores the life of Bob Dylan during his rise to prominence in the 1960s. Directed by James Mangold, the biopic delves into Dylan’s transformation from an ambitious young musician to a defining voice of a generation. The film also highlights pivotal moments in Dylan’s career, including his decision to go electric at the Newport Folk Festival and the relationships that shaped his music.
