Meghan Markle followed up her return to Instagram on New Year’s Day with the first trailer for her forthcoming Netflix series “With Love, Meghan.” The Duchess of Sussex shared the trailer on her social media account on Thursday. A promotional poster for the series features Meghan wearing a sleeveless blue maxidress by Ulla Johnson.
The Duchess of Sussex serves as host and executive producer of “With Love, Meghan.” The eight-episode series follows Meghan in the kitchen, garden and even a stop at the beehive, sharing lifestyle tips and tricks.
The series includes special appearances from Markle’s close friends including her former “Suits” costar Abigail Spencer, chef Roy Choi, actress and producer Mindy Kaling and restauranteur Alice Waters, among others. The series was shot in Montecito, Calif., where Meghan lives with her husband, Prince Harry, and the couple’s two children — 5-year-old Prince Archie and 3-year-old Princess Lilibet.

“I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it. Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team [at Netflix],” Markle wrote in the caption to her Instagram post featuring the trailer. “Beyond grateful for the support — and fun!”
The Duchess of Sussex’s new Netflix series comes after Markle announced her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, in March 2024. In September, Markle‘s brand hit a developmental speed bump when the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office denied her bid to use the name in a filing dated to Aug. 31.
This is Markle’s latest venture with Netflix. In December 2022, the streaming platform debuted “Harry & Meghan,” a documentary series chronicling Markle and Prince Harry’s romance, the media scrutiny the couple faced and their ultimate decision to step back as senior members of the British royal family. Markle and Harry previously produced the Netflix series “Live to Lead” and Meghan serves as an executive producer on the 2024 series “Polo.”
“With Love, Meghan” premieres on Netflix Jan. 15.
