Martha Stewart played with gold shades at the 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue launch party, held at the Hard Rock Cafe on Thursday in New York City. The businesswoman wore a silky golden dress paired with a Brunello Cucinelli knitted long cardigan featuring a fringy hemline.
Stewart finished her look with a gilded beaded necklace, gold bracelets and a matching peep-toe platform shoe.

Brunello Cucinelli is one of Stewart’s favorite brands. She has worn the label many times before, including at the Magic, Project and Sourcing Keynote Conversation in 2022, and to celebrate Gabriela Hearst at a Fashion Institute of Technology’s Couture Council event in 2023.

Stewart debuted on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit in May 2023 at 81 years old, breaking the record of the oldest person on the cover of the magazine which was previously held by Maye Musk, who was featured in an issue in 2022 at 74.
On the event’s red carpet, Stewart posed with Kate Upton and Lily Aldridge, who are also part of Sports Illustrated’s 2024 Swimsuit Issue.
The 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue marks the 60th anniversary of the publication. The issue, which will be available on Friday, features Gayle King, Kate Upton, Tyra Banks, Chrissy Teigen, Brittany Mahomes, Olivia Dunne and more.
