Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s vitamin and supplement brand Lemme is releasing its third capsule, Lemma Mama, a prenatal vitamin specifically formulated to promote healthy fetal development and support a mother’s energy.
The new nutrition supplement features more than 25 key ingredients for wellness and immune system support during preconception, pregnancy and postpartum. The product was formulated by Lemme’s all-women medical team while Kardashian Barker was trying to conceive her fourth child. The team looked at the latest scientific research around healthy conception and care for mother and baby.

“I get asked all the time what supplements I took to help get pregnant at this stage of my life and the vitamins, minerals and nutrients in Lemme Mama were a really important part of that,” Kardashian Barker, who is expecting a baby with Travis Barker, said in an exclusive statement to WWD. “That’s why developing this multivitamin was so important to me. We spent hundreds of hours with our medical team (and my personal doctors) to formulate Lemme Mama.”

The new Lemme Mama capsules are vegetarian, non-GMO and formulated with all-natural and active ingredients including methylfolate, the most active form of Folate, a nutrient thought to be important in red blood cell formation and for healthy cell and growth function. The nutrient is thought to be vital during early pregnancy to reduce the risk of birth defects in the brain and spine. Folate is typically found in dark green leafy vegetables, beans, peas and nuts.
