Kerry Washington appeared on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” on Tuesday, embracing fall staples. The actress wore a black-and-white tweed jacket with a matching minidress. She accessorized the look with a silver statement necklace and, for footwear, she selected black suede Christian Louboutin boots that hit just below the knee.
Washington works with stylist duo Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn to create her looks for public appearances and red carpets. The celebrity stylist pair also works with Jennifer Lopez, Lily Collins and Gwen Stefani.
During her segment on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,” Washington promoted her new book “Thicker Than Water,” a memoir where the actress traces her life and dives deep into her relationship with her parents. One of the biggest revelations that has come out since the book’s release is that Washington learned her father is not her biological father.
