Jenna Ortega took inspiration from Fendi‘s fall 2025 ready-to-wear runway show for the “Wednesday” season two fan event on Saturday in Sydney.
Ortega’s look made its runway debut as part of Milan Fashion Week in February. The actress wore a sleeveless dress with black and burnt orange horizontal stripes and a plunging neckline, adding a new dimension to Ortega’s ongoing goth style streak.
Atop the dress, Ortega wore a voluminous, furry coat made of shearling. The actress coordinated her dress with a pair of gloves featuring the same orange and black stripe motif. She also wore a pair of Louboutin spiked boots.

Fendi kicked off its centennial celebrations with the Italian fashion house’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection show in February during Milan Fashion Week. Silvia Venturini Fendi, the artistic director of accessories and menswear, included “coats that resemble fox, mink and sable — all realized with shearling” in the collection, per Miles Socha’s WWD review.
“The shawls she draped over cardigans, lingerie dresses and business suits were also made of shearling — stoles being an integral product, alongside handbags, when her grandparents Edoardo Fendi and Adele Casagrande Fendi established the house in Rome,” Socha wrote.
“I hope I will give the same energy with this collection and make it very Fendi, quintessentially Fendi, whatever it means,” Venturini Fendi said backstage, per Socha’s review.
The second season of “Wednesday” follows Wednesday Addams, played by Ortega, as she returns to Nevermore Academy to solve a haunting mystery and uncover secrets from her family’s past. Part one of the season is now streaming on Netflix. Part two debuts Sept. 3.
