The 2024 Kennedy Center Honors was held on Dec. 8 in Washington, D.C., and featured a star-studded red carpet with several notable attendees showcasing their classic and glamorous style.
The honorees for 2024 included director Francis Ford Coppola, the Grateful Dead members, jazz trumpeter Arturo Sandoval, singer-songwriter Bonnie Raitt and the historic Harlem venue The Apollo Theater245.
Queen Latifah hosted the event and kicked off the night with a performance of Bonnie Raitt’s “Something to Talk About.” Other attendees included Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff. President Joe Biden and first lady Dr. Jill Biden were also present, marking one of their final Honors shows during Biden’s presidential term.
