With the WNBA season drawing near, the first glimpses of Sabrina Ionescu‘s next signature sneaker are beginning to emerge.
A first look at the Nike Sabrina 3 has emerged from an on-foot video posted by the sneaker collector known as @760kix on Instagram. Dressed in a faint “Glacier Blue” colorway, the shoe sees its band system made more readily visible than on previous models, drawing comparisons to the Flywire technology popular in the late ’00s and early ’10s. The vertical Swoosh makes its return on the medial side, as does lower-case “i” on the heel.
Technical specifications are still to come, but it’s likely that the Sabrina 3 makes use of Cushlon foam with Zoom Air at the forefoot.
