Skechers made a an appearance at Coachella 2025 during Weekend 1, celebrating the launch of its Hotshot sneakers at the 181 Outpost party in Indio, Calif, on April 11. The event was part of Kendall Jenner’s 818 Tequila-hosted outpost, which featured 1970s inspiration.
The Hotshot sneakers, a standout in Skechers’ lineup, combine retro aesthetics with modern comfort. Designed with a synthetic durabuck upper and Skechers Air-Cooled Memory Foam insoles, they offer both style and support—ideal for enduring the festival’s long days and nights.
A highlight of the activation was the custom sneaker bar, where attendees were able to personalize their footwear courtesy of the brand. Renowned street artist James Goldcrown, known for his iconic Love Wall heart designs, added a unique touch by customizing sneakers onsite. Goldcrown’s vibrant heart motifs have become globally recognized symbols of positivity and unity.
The event also featured a charm bar, allowing guests to further personalize their Hotshots. The Hotshot sneakers are now available for purchase on Skechers.com and at select retail locations.
