Bad Bunny’s Adidas Gazelle ‘Cabo Rojo’ Colorway Goes Global Showcasing Puerto Rican Heritage

Adidas Originals and Bad Bunny are releasing the Gazelle “Cabo Rojo” globally on Saturday. This launch follows earlier Puerto Rico-only drops of the “El Yunque” and “Santurce” colorways, serving as part of the “Gazelle City Series,” a collaboration designed to highlight Puerto Rico’s diverse landscapes and cultural identity.

The “Cabo Rojo” edition is distinguished by its vibrant pink tones, directly inspired by the salt flats of Cabo Rojo, a site famous for its rare pink waters. The shoe features premium suede on the upper, a translucent sole referencing the salt flats, and gold-embossed city branding. Additional design elements include a puffed tongue, remixed toe and “adidas para Bad Bunny” details on the sockliner.

While the “El Yunque” (green tones for the rainforest) and “Santurce” (orange for the artistic district) versions remain exclusive to Puerto Rico, “Cabo Rojo” is available worldwide, making it the only global release in the trio. The sneaker retails for $140 and will be available through Adidas and select retailers, with signups via the Confirmed app starting Tuesday at 10 a.m. EST.
