A$AP Rocky is back with his latest Puma sneaker – this time an update to the brand’s signature Speedcat model.
This time, the celebrated rapper is remixing the low-profile silhouette through the lens of street culture and motorsports. Built on the DNA of Puma’s racing archives, the shoe merges color-blocking with archive material play, adding a carbon fiber–printed TPU heel stabilizer.
The shoe also features a distressed suede upper, red laces tied around the midfoot, and a scorched rubber outsole. Custom woven tongue labels revive vintage motorsport branding, while a raw rubberized mud spray along the base infuses Rocky’s gritty, lived-in aesthetic.
Since Rocky joined Puma in 2023 as the creative director for the brand’s F1 partnership, the rapper has incorporated motorsport design elements across all of his offerings. And with the rising popularity of F1 in the U.S., the timing of this buzzy partnership couldn’t be better.

In a series of releases, A$AP Rocky and Puma delivered multiple sell-out distressed versions of the Inhale sneaker and a highly imaginative, 3D-printed edition of the Mostro shoe. The tie-up led to the rapper scoring the coveted FNAA Collaboration of the Year award in 2024.
Since then, Rocky and Puma have delivered multiple variations of the Inhale, Mostro Gabbia and Mostro OG sneaker models this year.
The most recent versions featured two different animal prints – snakeskin and leopard print. Both the Mostro Gabbia and Mostro OG feature snakeskin, with the latter model also incorporating black pony hair. Leopard print is exclusive to the Inhale, making subtle appearances on the shoe as part of an overall natural color scheme featuring tans and black.
The A$AP Rocky x Puma Speedcat will be available exclusively on the Puma app in the U.S. on Nov. 20.
