Lori Harvey is a longtime proponent of the humble black flip-flop, and on Tuesday afternoon, for a Pilates class and post-workout lunch, the model opted for a unique take on the silhouette.
Stepping out with close friend Laura Harrier in Los Angeles, Harvey was seen wearing the Phoebe Philo round flip-flop sandals with a slightly elevated platform. The shoes featured straps in a wide V shape, offering a more structured look. The sole had a contoured, molded shape, which cradled Harvey’s feet.

The flip-flops instantly elevated Harvey’s athleisure look. For the casual afternoon outing, the Skn by LH founder wore a black formfitting tank top and coordinating high-rise leggings from Lululemon. From there, Harvey accessorized the low-key getup with black oversize cat-eye sunglasses from Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta’s black mini pouch. She pulled her hair back into a tight bun and went with a glowy, no-makeup makeup look.

These sandals are just the latest addition to Harvey’s ever-evolving flip-flop collection. In late August, the model gave The Row’s celebrity-favorite black City flip-flops — which are loved by fellow models Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber — her stamp of approval. Priced at $890, the sandals are made from shiny calfskin leather and boast a lightly treaded sole. Harvey teamed the shoes with a black maxidress and the new Valentino Garavani Panthea bag, designed by Alessandro Michele.
